failing or refusing to pay to its Foreign Workers the requisite wages and overtime premiums as and when required by the HCAT Agreement, including by reason of its failure or refusal to pay the requisite wages and overtime premiums to its Foreign Workers on a weekly basis in Canadian funds with the requisite pay slips setting out all hours of work, overtime hours, hourly rates, deductions for income tax, unemployment insurance, pension, etc.
