An expert seminar on the theme "Minorities and Migrants: Citizenship Policies and Political Participation" will take place at the European University Institute (Florence, Italy), May 2-3, 2013.
Hosted under the auspices of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, the event will bring OSCE officials and academics together for two days of panels and seminars.
A welcome by Rainer Bauböck and OSCE HC on National Minorities Knut Vollebaek will be followed by panels on dual citizenship, political participation, multiple citizenship(s) and inter-state relationships.
