Temporary Foreign Worker Recruitment and the Possibility of Exploitation

Recruiter exploitation of foreign workers is gaining considerable attention within the temporary foreign worker program. While some approaches are proposed to combat this exploitative activity, further discussion is needed to further develop these proposals and generate tangible policy options.
