- Charges have been filed with the British Columbia Labour Relations Board alleging the Mexico consulate in Vancouver covertly attempted to blacklist union members at two B.C. agriculture operations where Mexican migrant workers had voted to unionize. The charges have been filed by UFCW Canada Local 1518.
