This report focuses on six U.S. temporary visas commonly
associated with labor exploitation and trafficking as
reported to the NHTRC and the BeFree Textline. These
include the A-3, B-1, G-5, H-2A, H-2B and J-1 visa categories. In FY 2014, more than 500,000 of these visas
were issued to people coming into the United States
