Title: Strategic Litigation on Behalf of Migrant Workers: How Can Litigation Help Improve Their Working and Living Conditions?

Abstract: This DignityFIRM webinar will bring together legal experts to discuss recent strategic litigation cases worldwide (including Europe, Canada, and Asia). The session will examine the factors that may have triggered each case (e.g., specific incidents) and assess the impact of cases focusing on migrant workers' rights. We aim to explore how and to what extent legal strategies have contributed to improving the working and living conditions of migrant workers, including those in irregular situations. We also hope to highlight areas where strategic litigation could address ongoing vulnerabilities.
