- Abstract
the research attempts to understand the worker population's health needs, employment, and housing situations. The issues the workers are encounting during their jobs can be related whether it is about workplace safety or the unions relationships. The purpose is also to investigates the interaction between migrant workers and employment standards, and how they navigate the existing complaints-based system governing hours of work, minimum wages, and other basic workplace rights.
