L.B. (Makerere University), LL.M., S.J.D. (Harvard). Professor Emily F. Carasco teaches Advanced Family Law, Family Law, Immigration Law and Public International Law. She has focused her attention on human rights and in particular on race/gender equity issues in her teaching and writing. She is a former Human Rights Commissioner for the university and is a past President of the Ontario Federation of University Faculty Associations.
